I am Elsa Petit, a qualified and fully insured massage therapist based in Leytonstone, East London.
With a professional dance and acting background, I’ve spent years developing a deep understanding of the body — how it moves, where it holds tension, and how it heals.
Massage has always been a natural extension of both my life and practice.
Alongside this, I hold a degree in psychology, which shapes the way I work. I recognise the strong connection between mind and body and bring that awareness into every session.
My approach is holistic, inclusive, and therapeutic — combining movement-based treatments, deep tissue work, and an understanding of both physical and emotional wellbeing.
Each session begins with the version of you that shows up. Whether you’re in pain, in training, pregnant, postnatal, or simply trying to slow down and reconnect with your body.

Therapeutic Exercises
A combination of rehabilitative and hypopressive exercises focused on recovery, strength, and restoring function. Sessions may include stretching, strengthening, conditioning, and low-impact breathing techniques to support injury rehab, core and pelvic floor health, postpartum recovery, and overall mobility.
